You can use this form to submit changes to your member profile. As your personal information changes, we hope you will return as often as necessary to notify us of those changes.

NOTE:

Most (but not all) of the information you provide will be displayed on the Members Directory page.
To request that information not be displayed there, clear the appropriate check boxes in the Publish column.

The only required fields are the name and primary email fields (marked with a red asterisk [*]).
All other fields are optional but encouraged.

WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY! Information not displayed on the Members Directory page is placed into our new members database. We ask for this information, usually, so that the Membership Coordinator, conference coordinators, or other leadership members can contact you at need. Personal Photo

Use the Browse button to locate and select a photo of yourself to display in the Members Directory.

Photo files display best when presented in a 4:5 ratio. For example, a photo that is 160 pixels wide should be 200 pixels high. If you send a photo that has different proportions, we might crop the photo to allow it to display better.

Acceptable file formats include PNG, JPEG/JPG, GIF, BMP, and TIFF. Files can be no more than 1 megabyte in size.
