Conference Fees: $30 for pre-registrations postmarked by September 1, 2006; $40 on site; $20 for students. Please make checks payable to "Northwestern College" with "CFAMC/ICF Conference" in the memo line, and send to Dr. Wooldridge at the Northwestern College address above.
 

Travel, housing and meals: All participants are responsible for their own arrangements and costs. The nearest airports are Sioux City, IA (45 miles away) and Sioux Falls, SD (75 miles away). Meals are available for purchase in the campus cafeteria, and there are numerous restaurants nearby. Rooms have been reserved at the following local hotels (but you should call to book yours asap):
